Beginners Class

This class is designed for those new to yoga, focusing on building a strong foundation. Sessions include Surya Namaskara for energy activation, Upayoga to loosen the joints, and simple stretches to improve flexibility. The practice ensures gradual progress without strain, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Regular Class

This class is for those who have some yoga experience or have completed our Beginners Yoga, and want to deepen their practice. It includes a well-rounded mix of standing, seated, and supine asanas, along with breathwork and relaxation techniques. The focus is on improving posture, strength, and inner balance while keeping the practice accessible and enjoyable.

1. Who can join the Beginners class?

Anyone new to yoga or looking for a gentle practice can join. It’s designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and relaxation with simple movements like Surya Namaskara and Upayoga. However, we suggest you join our Beginner’s 21-Day Program to be able to practice with perfection in beginners yoga practice classes.

2. What is covered in the Regular class?

The Regular class includes a mix of standing, seated, and supine asanas, focusing on strength, flexibility, and breath awareness. It is ideal for those who want a balanced yoga routine.

3. Are the classes live or recorded?

All classes are a combination of live and recorded, allowing real-time interaction and guidance.

4. Do I need any prior yoga experience?

No prior experience is needed for the Beginners class. The Regular class is also designed to be accessible, but some familiarity with basic yoga is helpful. You may begin with our Beginners Yoga if you want. Otherwise, opt for our 21-Day Yoga Program to be able to practice with perfection in regular yoga practice classes.

5. What do I need for the class?

A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space for practice. No additional equipment is required.

6. Can I switch from Beginners to Regular later?

Yes, you can upgrade to the Regular class once you feel comfortable with the basics.

7. Is the fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable, but you can pause your membership in case of unavoidable circumstances via an email to fitnitty@gmail.com.

8. How do I enrol?

You can enrol by making the payment and joining the class link provided upon registration.

9. Will there be spiritual elements in the classes?

These classes focus mainly on physical and mental well-being, but breath awareness and relaxation techniques naturally bring a sense of inner peace. Spiritual aspects are introduced only at later stages for those interested.
