Zindagi Care Stevia Powder Sachets Review

Stevia is a herbal sweetener to satisfy your quench of sweetness. The taste of stevia leaves is 200-times sweeter than the refined sugar owing to the presence of several sweet-tasting compounds known as steviol glycosides in stevia. You may experience a mildly bitter taste of stevia if mixed with other sweeteners. My Take On Zindagi Care Stevia Powder

So, I received a bunch of these stevia powder sachets in a card box and honestly, this was the first time I was trying stevia. I took a sachet full of the powder and mixed it in my green tea, and trust me it became too sweet for me to drink. A quarter or half of the sachet is more than enough for a cup of green tea. I’m not sure about the quantity needed for regular milk tea and coffee as I don’t drink those.

The only thing that bothered me was its after-taste. You don’t feel its sweetness mixed in the tea but separately after swallowing the tea. The sweetness doesn’t really mix with the tea. However, that’s not bad either. You just need to know the right quantity to use in the food. Besides, when you change a product, it’ll obviously take time.

However, I don’t think it’s too difficult to shift to stevia from sugar. The only difference is its after-taste. Honestly, I’m ok with it and have started adapting it to my diet now. I use it only in my green tea as I hardly eat desserts. So, from my side, it’s a thumbs up.

Even if you don’t want to lose weight or don’t have diabetes, I strongly recommend you quit sugar completely as it has many bad effects on the body. It causes inflammation, attacks the nervous system, weakens the pancreas, and whatnot. Do you know that your blood has only 2 teaspoons of glucose running? Think if you’re adding those two spoons to your cup of tea or coffee once in the morning and once in the evening, plus the other sources of glucose like rice, roti, bread, noodles, etc. This makes your pancreas release insulin throughout the day. Of course, your pancreas is healthy now, but what if it gets exhausted in future? It’s our duty to keep our body organs healthy and don’t overburden them. So, switch to a sugar-free life now.
